Our client is one of London's most critically acclaims providers of culinary excellence with a truly enviable portfolio of clients and customers alike. With a new Chief Executive at the helm the future looks exceedingly bright for this market leader and a proven exponent of HR is required to lead from the front.
As part of the group's continued development an Hr Director is being sought to add value to the ever expanding business. Ideally you will have a proven track record in an entrepreneurial environment where you have had total autonomy in the management of all aspects of HR. As well as your passion for service excellence you will have worked at senior level, be CIPD qualified or equivalent and have worked within a fast moving, customer facing sector.
Your vision for HR strategy, commercial awareness and ability to create and manage change in addition to your ability to deliver superb HR practices across the business will be paramount. Your strong presence, ability to influence, challenge and a flair for creativity and innovation will be as important as your ability to add value in terms of superb performance and outstanding interpersonal skills which will impact the business at all levels.
